Product purchases made with Klarna can be returned or exchanged online or in-store to select locations if Chatters Return Policy guidelines are met. Email [email protected] or Live Chat us to find the best location to make your return/exchange. If you need to return part or all of your order, Klarna will issue you a new statement. Simply follow Chatters' return instructions and make sure to take note of the tracking number. Log into your Klarna account, select “report a return”, and Klarna will pause your statement. As soon as Chatters has processed your return, Klarna will send an adjusted invoice.
