How does it work?

Klarna is now available both online & in-store and can be used for payment of both hair products and hair services. Product purchases made with Klarna can be returned or exchanged online or in-store to select locations if Chatters Return Policy guide

What payment methods are accepted?

Klarna currently accepts all major debit and credit cards (i.e. Mastercard, Visa, AMEX). Please note, prepaid cards are not accepted.

Are there late fees?

A late fee of up to $7 may be charged if an automatic payment cannot be collected. Please see terms for full details.

Can I pay before the due date?

Yes. If you want to pay the outstanding balance of your purchase early, simply log in to Klarna, go to the “Purchases” page, and select “Pay off early.”

What happens if I don't pay for my purchase?

Klarna will automatically attempt to collect payment for your purchase from the card that you entered at checkout. You can find out when your payments will be collected in the email that you received at the time of purchase or by logging into your Kl

Does Klarna affect my credit score?

When you choose to pay in 4 interest-free payments at checkout, Klarna may perform a soft credit check. This type of check will not impact your credit score and it will not show up as a hard inquiry on your credit report.
