Can I edit my profile on my member account online?
Members must contact customer service at [email protected] or text 1-587-507-8788 to make any changes to your member profile information.
Can I earn bonus points?
Yes. Watch for limited-time offers to earn more points with every purchase!
Can I transfer or share my points with someone else’s loyalty member account?
Points are linked to your account and cannot be transferred or combined with another person’s account.
Can I use rewards with other discounts or promotions?
Yes, a point redemption for $5, $10, or$25 off can be used in the same transaction as other promotions.
Can my points go into a negative balance?
Yes, it is possible for your points balance to become negative if your points balance isn't high enough after returning an item where points were earned.
Do I get a reward on my birthday?
Yes. Since we will have your birthday in your profile, you’ll receive a special birthday offer during your birthday month. To qualify for a birthday reward, you must be a member of the program for at least seven days prior to your birthday.
Do points expire?
Yes - after 365 days of inactivity. To keep your account active, you simply need to make a purchase, redeem a reward, or claim your birthday offer.
How do I join Chatters Rewards?
You can join Chatters Rewards in-store at any of our locations or online at www.chatters.ca. You’ll need your name, email, phone number, birthdate, and a password to create a member account.
How are points earned?
Members earn 10 points per $1 on eligible product and service purchases. No points are earned on gift cards, taxes, green circle fees, tips, or shipping.
How do I redeem points?
You can redeem your points for reward redemptions ($5, $10, or $25) on eligible product purchases.
How can I check my point balance?
You can check your point balance when you are signed into your member account online. If you are in store, simply ask a team member to look up your point balance at the register.
How will I be notified about my birthday offer?
You will receive an email when you are eligible to claim your birthday offer - don’t forget to opt-in to marketing communications!
How do I stay up to date on member benefits and offers?
Make sure you are opted in to email and/or SMS communications to receive the latest updates about the Chatters Rewards Program, member promotions, new products, and more!
Is there a minimum spend to redeem?
Yes. Your subtotal must be at least $5 before taxes. There is a maximum of one redemption per transaction.
What if I sign up in-store when I make a purchase but don’t complete my member account online?
If you sign up in store, you will receive an email with a link to complete your enrollment by creating your member account. You have 30 days to complete your enrollment online and receive points from your initial store purchase.
What are the redemption values and point level needed?
2,500 points = $5 off. 5,000 points = $10 off. 12,500 points = $25 off
What happens to my points if I return an item that I used a reward redemption on?
Neither the Chatters rewards points deducted from the account at time of redemption or the $5 off discount will be refunded. You will be refunded for the amount you paid for the item.
What if my points didn’t show up?
Contact customer service at [email protected] or text 1-587-507-8788 if points don’t appear in my member account after 24 hours.
What happens to my points if I return an item that earned points?
If you return a product that you previously earned points on, the points, including bonus points, will be deducted from your member account and you will receive back the full amount paid for the item.
Who can join?
Anyone 18+ residing in Canada. Businesses, resellers, groups, or employees are not eligible.
Can I deactivate my account?
Yes. You can close your account by contacting customer service at [email protected] or text 1-587-507-8788. Points will expire after 365 days of no activity.
